BLACK AMERICA IS IN A STATE OF EMERGENCY!

Black mothers and fathers are currently living in fear for the lives of their sons and daughters. They fear for their adult and young children’s safety while doing ordinary things such as sitting, walking, jogging, driving, standing, living, and breathing. Normal everyday liberties are stalked, monitored, questioned and harassed.

The pursuit of happiness is often cut short by contentious public servants sworn to protect the very lives they destroy. This creates fear of life. This very fear, harassment, and violence that threatens every single member of the Black community in America has caused the ability to enjoy their God given and constitutional freedoms of Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness impossible. 

Black men, women and children have lived in social polarization in America since the year 1865.

The hostile portrayal of Black Americans to the rest of the world distributed by the Associated Press to media outlets has even caused hatred in foreign places. 

School systems around the Nation are refusing to teach accurate historical facts of the treatment of Black Americans. 

The medical treatment of Black women in America is often met with prejudices. Having the highest rate of infant mortality, greater rates of hysterectomies, because they are less likely to be treated fairly by nonblack doctors.

America has even seen the indoctrination of black police officers in the systemic oppression of Black Americans. 

The mistreatment of Black Americans has been for more than one hundred years! This mistreatment has caused generational trauma, stress and confusion. The lack of inclusion into the structure of American society and the pursuit of the American dream has created tensions and hostility within the Black Community in which, the United States of America has used to its advantage by creating zones within cities and towns that separated Black Americans from the rest of society and gave them substandard housing, resources and education. Put them in Government housing projects, gave them Government food, poured drugs into the community, built more prisons then declared a war on the drugs they planted. All under the guise of racial rhetoric and resentment. 

The United States of America is GUILTY of not upholding the constitution for Black Americans! Therefore,

Black Americans are in a STATE OF EMERGENCY. One that has been orchestrated by every state and federal Governmental Authority! 

Black Americans demand TRUE FREEDOM of Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. 

Black Americans demand for the Federal Government to criminalize any and all law enforcement agencies that victimize Black Americans, Threaten their lives, or attempt to intimidate, harm or kill without true just cause. 

Black Americans demand the right to due process, which has been purposefully denied. 

Black Americans demand for the United States Government to change the deliberate design and structure of America which has created a hostile environment towards the entire Black Community. 

Black Americans demand for the United States Government to disallow all American law enforcement agencies from creating hostile environments and situations. 

Black Americans demand the right to live on Gods land without the threat of harm or death looming over their heads or the heads of their loved ones. 

Black Americans demand for the United States Government to recognize the impact of its wrongdoing and to now recognize Black America as a ‘Protected Class.’ 

Black Americans demand IMMEDIATE PROTECTION from all harassment, threats, racial profiling and discrimination of any kind from any outside group, organization, business or otherwise, whether it be government or private, and passing law enforcing such. 

Black Americans demand for the United States Government to command all 50 states to adhere to exact same. 

Black Americans demand for the United States Government to create a Zero Tolerance law on police brutality against the Black Community. Outlining the outlaw of force that includes violence toward hand cuffed persons, punching, impeding breathing in any manner, gunshots to the head or back, multiple gunshots, shooting of unarmed individuals, threats of violence when an individual is confused or requests information, violence against individuals in a mental health crisis. This list is non exhaustive. 

Black Americans demand for the United States Government to deny the right of any and all law enforcement agencies in the United States to treat members of the Black Community as prey. They shall not be preyed upon. 

Black Americans demand for the United States Government to outlaw racial prejudices and systemically racist practices within all law enforcement agencies. 

Black America demands for the United States Federal Government to issue a state of emergency for the Black community and to immediately enact laws that prohibit racial discrimination and prohibit the use of unwarranted violence against Black America forevermore.
