One of the best places for music fans I've been to the 3 venues countless times had amazing nights out there and not mention the beautiful waterways along the NIA complex , the bars and shopping areas no guarentee the new owner wouldnt change this area into something else , this would be a disaster for EVERYONE who comes to Birmingham to watch Big Artists at the main 3 venues NEC,NIA and LG Arena if these were to be sold off as recently discussed on BBC News Exhibitions would also not be held anywhere in huge venues around Birmingham what would people do ?.
