Remove Andmark Properties from Greenview Estates Apartment Homes!

The Issue

Andmark Properties, The owner of Greenview Estates Apartment Homes, refuses to maintain the property. They refuse to communicate professionally to their paying tenants. They are rude! They continue to raise the rent without putting NOTHING back into the property. Ever since they have taken over this property has literally made a turn for the worse!

They refuse to keep the landscaping such as the grass, bushes, and trees maintained by not paying the vendors. The grass has grown very wild, the tree branches are touching and overflowing on the ground. Some apartments are abandoned. Some have the gutters hanging off, windows busted out, and have dirt and mold growing on the side of the buildings. Trash such as abandoned furniture is on the side of Greenview Estates where it faces Kerwin St. We deserve to have property managers that will actually take care of the property!

We have had an issue with keeping pest control and simple things like having the grass cut because they don't want to pay the vendors to take care of it. This company was also not paying MLGW like they were supposed to so MLGW ended the business relationship that they had with Greenview Estates. Pipes burst last fall, 2021 and this left bad potholes throughout the complex. Andmark Properties has yet to fix these potholes and improve the parking lot. Every day cars drive through here recklessly trying to avoid damaging their car which is putting other people in harm's way and could also cause car accidents. There are many kids and elderly that walk through the property that could potentially get hurt because of their negligence. The company advertises a laundry facility on the premises but has not been available for use in months possibly a year now.

I have contacted the company by email several times. I never get a response back. I have to constantly contact them which is absurd when I am the paying tenant. They never answer the phone when you call them. They also seem to constantly close the office off from the public and this was before the pandemic. Customers have also left reviews on Google regarding this. The manager (Natalie Pointer) refuses to respond to emails and acknowledge complaints. This company sends harassing and unprofessional text messages repeatedly to all of the tenants instead of communicating through email or standardized documentation. Tiffany and Natalie have sent harassing text messages to all of their tenants about changing the blinds by a certain date or they would charge every tenant that didn't an extra $100 on their rent per blind that needed to be replaced. They also send harassing text messages that they will automatically file for eviction on the 10th of every month for every tenant that does not pay their rent for that month. ****UPDATE*** When management FINALLY responded to my emails, they were trying to convince me to leave the property!

Tennessee law, states that once the rent is late, the landlord must provide tenants with a 14-day notice to pay if the landlord wants to file an eviction action with the court. The staff Tiffany and Natalie Pointer are extremely rude. They display very aggressive mannerisms, refuse to acknowledge complaints, and feel as if they don't have to tend to the property. I have never seen a company be so rude and mean to its tenants. They don't care about the tenants or the property, all they care about is the money. I have also contacted Andmark Properties which are the owners and they don't seem to care either. 

This complex has always had open parking. They have implemented a parking regulation that inconveniences their paying tenants to allow random guests to park in front of their homes which in turns force paying tenants to park farther away from their homes. This is dangerous and inconsiderate for everyone including the elderly, people with children, and people that work at night! This complex does not have a separate row or lot for guest parking and has not been assigned designated parking spaces. This parking regulation also contradicts what is on the lease agreement. This company has constantly been raising the rent but we have yet to see it be reflected back into the property. There have been no renovations. This apartment looks so much worse since they have taken over.

I care about where I live and we deserve better.
