James Goodman is an innocent man who was wrongfully convicted of Robbery in the first degree and unlawful imprisonment in the 2nd degree in a terrible miscarriage of justice because of false eyewitness identification (which we now know has been recanted), misconduct by the prosecutor and law enforcement officials, and the ineffective assistance of his counsel.

James Goodman was illegally arrested by NYC detectives in Oct of 2009 while riding in the back seat of a taxi with his brother. They were taken to the precinct where they were subjected to multiple lineups by complainants who never accused them to be suspects. Mr Goodman was identified in these lineups and later indicted. 2 out of 3 complainants later recanted their testimony admitting that they lied and the other stated that the suspect had specific arm tattoos and also said it want Mr. Goodman....

WHY IS JAMES GOODMAN STILL IN PRISON❓
Once Mr. Goodman took his shirt off and showed the court that he has NO TATTOOS, (clearly, not fitting the description) shouldn't the prosecutor or counsel move to dismiss the chargers against him❓ Was the judge wrong for allowing the prosecution of Mr. Goodman to proceed knowing he did not match the description of the perpetrators❓
