The Paris Car Emissions Control (PCEC) Method is the method of banning cars with, as an example, the number two on their license plate from driving for that day. It can have a huge impact on cutting emissions and will boost the usage of public transportation in cities.

We're calling on mayors from cities around the US to implement this method and fight climate change.
