‼️ FUNDING APPROVED ‼️

Western Australia woke to the news this morning that the Class Action against BGC Housing Group has now secured funding. 

This is a very big step forward for us all who have been enduring these painful delays.

Whilst we, the BGC Casualties Group, have been active in demonstrating, protesting, investigating and supporting fellow clients, there are other individuals and groups out there working towards common goals. 

In particular, the MyBuildTeam has worked diligently alongside Morgan Alteruthemeyer Legal Group to secure litigation funder, Omni Bridgeway for a Class Action against BGC Housing Group. 

The securing of litigation funding is important for BGC homeowners to make a legal claim without being exposed to paying any legal costs out of their own pocket.

Joining the BGC Class Action does not allow BGC to cancel a homebuilding contract or to further delay the construction of a home.

To register your participation in this Class Action, a portal has been set up to steer clients to click a link, enter some details and submit! Easy Peasy!

Homeowners who entered into home building contracts with BGC Housing Group between 1 July 2019 and 30 June 2022 and have suffered loss or damage as a result of delays to their home build and that have not otherwise received adequate compensation, are eligible to participate in the class action.
