This point of our petition speaks volumes to what we feel every day. Customer service has gone out the window with this mob, and they need to be called out for it!
The mentality of BGC is astonishing. Instead of talking to us like human beings, we are issued legal notices from their lawyers, threatened with stoppages and delays on our builds, and told to stay quiet or be put to the back of the queue. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
BGC have continued to ignore our requests for a meeting and seemingly carry on like no one is listening.
We have now secured a meeting with The Honourable Roger Cook. This petition is on the agenda, as are the letters that have been submitted to our group by affected customers. This is a combined effort and we thank you all for your support.
Remember, our actions are a direct result of their inactions. Help us win the good fight and demand accountability, transparency and RESPECT!
