If you live in Cumbernauld, or travel to the town regularly then please sign this petition to improve the internal public transport links within our town. 

As one of the largest towns in Scotland our public transport network is woefully inadequate. It is almost impossible to get from some parts of the town to others by public transport. Connecting busses to our three train stations are inadequate and not aligned to train times.

In many town in Europe of similar sizes there are tram networks and good bus and train networks within the towns themselves. Cumbernauld deserves better. Wether you don't drive or don't want to drive everywhere the options for getting to doctors appointments, schools and workplaces are awful on the public network. 

I'm sure you will have noticed over the past decade how we went from a great bus network in the town to a truly awful one.
