Scratch.Mit.Edu is a kid’s coding site, although it can be used by people of all ages. The chat filter is pretty good, but there are some things that definitely need to be changed.

First off, I believe there needs to be a PFP, or profile picture, filter. There are people on Scratch who do “ban speed runs”, and inappropriate profile pictures can be used. I have seen some VERY inappropriate stuff, and I think a filter for that would definitely be useful.

Next, I think Scratch could improve the server connection. Over half a million people use Scratch, and at least once a day, the servers crash. Maybe Scratch could spend more money on the servers?

Finally, Scratch has posted some stuff that is against the rules. On Scratch, you are not allowed to post social media links of any sort, however, that’s EXACTLY what they did.

Please sign so Scratch can be even more enjoyable than it is. We really need these changes.
