El Paso City Council is planning to sell the land which includes Lost Dog Trailhead to developers. This westside trail is used by hikers, trail runners and mountain bikers. Lost Dog also connects to a system of other trails, including those located within the Tom Mays Unit of the Franklin Mountains State Park. Developers are being allowed to encroach upon our desert and mountain landscapes in order to build more unneeded housing, shopping and entertainment centers.
