Gianna Veronica Rosales , October 25th 2019 / August 4th 2020 �� August 3rd she was rushed into the hospital by Cain (the murderer) & Jolene (the mother) Every call I made to the police and cps before Giannas passing only proves they were both unfit to be with a baby why are they free ?? My daughter deserves justice because everyone in the world knows baby’s are the most precious thing to take care of.. and these 2 did not do that.. and Jolene had no problem joining him and staying even after her death. My daughters dead and I was the joke to laugh at. Because I tried. August 4th I remember so perfectly. 4:49 pm Gianna left this world and around 6 pm Denver police department posted, (9month old baby’s death investigated as a homicide) As I posted and posted about them to get them questioned I was getting threaten mentally and physically, with gun beams pointed at my house, pissing on my daughters grave, & ripping the temporary headstone OUT THE DIRT. All because I was speaking truth , & BECAUSE THEY DIDN’T SPEAK. The day may 4th 2021(10months later) I got a call telling me CAIN GALLARDO WAS ARRESTED IN 1st DEGREE MURDER THE DEATH OF YOUR DAUGHTER GIANNA ROSALES. & 2 WEEKS LATER THE MOTHER JOLENE BEYER-LACRUE WAS ALSO ARRESTED FOR KNOWING HER DAUGHTER-WAS HURT BUT FAILING TO SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION, RESULTING IN DEATH. Today stands. Jolene is free on pretrial, With NO SUPERVISION. & Cains bond turned to 10k with a bondsman.. MY DAUGHTER DESERVES JUSTICE. THEY DESERVE LIFE FOR THE LIFE THEY FOREVER TOOK FROM ME. Why do they get to be free..Why didn’t they give me her.. why is the system against the people who try to do good. Gigi would’ve been safe with her dad� the mother Jolene and Cain need to be locked up for the death of my daughter ‼️ who picks up drugs while they have a injured baby at home. Who leaves a ..
