Flash warnings have been a thing in videos for a while now, recently Then have seemed to die down but videos with flashing lights seem to be becoming more and more popular. This effects many people including those with epilepsy for other disorders. It should become mandatory to have a flash warning so we can protect the sensitive. This could become a benefit for creators because people may be more open to watching the videos they create when they know what could happen. During tests scientists have realized that flashing lights as a whole cause negative side effects to your body including headaches, nausea, migraines, heightened anxiety, and even seizures. With effects and everything I hope you understand that it is important to at the very least ask those who but flashing lights in their content to give a warning. If this goes through I hope we can try to slow the role on flashing videos as a whole as with out realizing it you may be damaging your body’s. The reason why I think this is so important is I don’t really have a social life so I’m online a lot, all of a sudden a video pops up on YouTube and shows the preview with out me clicking it, I ended up getting a horrible headache. Little did I know the headaches would continue every time I saw a flashing light on screen or even a police car, so I wished to be informed to keep myself and others from having similar problems but so many people seem to not care.
