Good dog owners and good dogs should not have to pay for the mistake of people who abuse the right to own a pit bull or any animal at that. PG county animal control are taking family pets and euthanizing them for no reason at all except for being "illegal". You could own a mixed breed and it look like a pit bull and they will still take your dog. Is that fair? Is putting a dog to sleep when it has done nothing wrong the right thing to do? PG county is spending thousands of dollars to uphold this ban. And for what? killing of innocent dogs? Why not make pit bull owners spay and neuter their dogs or enforce leash and mussle laws.

 Was this law made for the people who breed and fight there dogs, because its effecting the ones who take care of there pit bull. Animal control and cops need to crack down on the people who are using pit bulls for money, not taking pit bulls away from responsible owners. I own 4 mixed breeds and I am being threatened that they will take my dogs next time they see them. Something I feed, exersize, walk, love, bath, ect you have the right to take from me? No, lets stand up and get this ridiculous law repealed! It will make a difference to all the pit bull lovers out there who care deeply for there pits or any dog they own.
