I respectfully oppose the current petition for the Benet Academy sports stadium for the following reasons:

• Noise: Sound system designed at 101 decibels to be used 10 months on weekdays and weekends well into the nights.
• Lighting: 90 foot poles that will create excessive glare into homes.
• Traffic: Due to 2,300 spectators there will be increased parking in our subdivision, making a left turn onto Maple will be more difficult and pose safety concerns.
• Density: Unprecedented property overbuild is expected to affect flooding in the neighborhood.
• Property values: The above factors may diminish local property values.
