Dear Marcel Thoonen,

Sin Kabes has received an anonymous tip that you have let go of approximately 8 employees while
stating that: "we want to reach an agreement with each one of them to propose a voluntary termination to submit a proposal to each employee." Sin Kabes and the people that have signed the petition find this truly unacceptable and believe that people aren't expendable and are certainly not to be used for profit.

Not only that, but recently more information has come to light regarding you, being a co-partner and
developer of Mambo developers. This is why we partially hold you accountable for what is currently
happening with Eric of ATV adventures and the displacement of his company (Eric's ATV Adventures).

As a lot of "developers" come to Curacao and displace and exploit local people by targeting their jobs,
which is once again unacceptable. As a result we have made some demands that we would like you to address.

1. Adress publicly why you have terminated your ex-employees by providing economic
   reasoning and clarifiying what you mean with voluntarily signing, all though the firing
   process will be continued at SOAW regardless of signing or not.
2. Create a written statement, containing bullet points, explaining how you and Bapor Kibra
   Service Association will do better next time.
3. Give a declaration indicating on which day have you bought/signed the paper to buy the
   land on which Eric's ATV adventures is situated on. Also, declare which day you have
   received a permit to "develop" the plan. And remain transparent regarding your future
   plans for the terrain (make this possible in simple Dutch so people with different social
   classes can understand)
4. What are your intentions with the "development" of Curaçao?

For the public reading this that want to support the people that have been terminated, Eric from Eric's
ATV adventures and demand that Marcel Thoonen address the public publicly please sign our petition in support. To show people like Marcel we as the people won't tolerate this anymore.
