Hey everyone. We're getting close but we need everyone to pull together to collect the app. 240 signatures we'll need to be sure we can get a Special Town Meeting called to address the Selectmen's unilateral changes to the Belmont Center Redesign. Thanks to the many people who stopped by to sign a petition and talk. Your support is very much appreciated. I am going to be out of town for a few days. In my absence, Adriana Poole has generously stepped up to spear head the petition drive. Starting at 4:00 pm today and continuing through Wednesday, Adriana's home at 53 Louise Road will be open to folks who want to sign. There will be a petition to sign there during the day. (Louise is off Concord Ave., across from the Clay Pit Pond, between Orchard and Emerson.)
