Glen Oaks Apartments --  44 Units Multi-Family Housing located on the corner of Russell Drive and Hwy. 23

This will put a strain on our infrastructure:

1.  Drainage -  When it rains, the streets flood.

2.  Sewage --  After the water goes down, the sewage backs up.

3.  Water --  Low pressure in the afternoon from the chemical plant.  They use a lot of water around 3 p.m. 

4.  Traffic  --  In and out of the base already is bad. 

5.  Crime --  NO crime NOW
