This place has leadership that fires great employees or even good employees to fit their agenda. There is a girl who they label the animal enrichment manager, who has 6+ dogs that are labeled dangerous by the humane society itself, because they bit numerous of staff members. They let her take these dogs to her apartment in Rochester. If you look at the inside of her van, you can barely see the seats inside of it from all the garbage. I wonder how her house looks. Speaking of enrichment, how much enrichment are those foster dogs that she has that are dangerous dogs are getting out of the crates when she is at work from 10am to 10 pm??? This girl also flirts with customers and makes sexual comments to employees. Management does nothing to stop her and only praise her. She comes to work not showered and smelling like she is homeless. Something needs to be done with this place. They lost so many good employees and it's time to take action. They had a good kennel team, medical team, and humane officers. Now you hear nothing about saving animals or any feel good stories, just posts about we need money. This place is a joke.
