As proud homeowners of the Beacon Hill Community, we strongly support reopening the Beacon Hill Golf Club to the public under the ownership and management of Beacon Hill Golf Holdings LLC ("BHGH"). The restoration of the course is not only a matter of recreation—it is a vital investment in the beauty, reputation, and long-term vitality of our community.

The golf course has always been an integral part of Beacon Hill’s identity, serving as a centerpiece for our scenic landscape and as a driver of property values. Its closure to the public has left a visible void, while its restoration under BHGH’s stewardship offers a unique opportunity to restore our community’s charm and appeal.

We believe that a fully restored golf course, along with a well-designed clubhouse and necessary supporting facilities, will:

• Enhance the visual appeal and environmental stewardship of the property.
• Strengthen property values for homeowners across the community.
• Attract new residents and visitors, supporting the local economy.
• Provide recreational, social, and cultural benefits for current and future generations.
• Support responsible land management practices, including the control of invasive species, improving the health and sustainability of the landscape.

We respectfully urge the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors to vote in favor of our request for a Zoning Minor Special Exception, to approve all necessary measures for the restoration and construction projects, and to ensure these efforts proceed without delay so the course can successfully operate and thrive for years to come.
