The Government of Jamaica is denying the People of Jamaica, access to most of Jamaica's beaches using an archaic Colonial Law which says the People have no Right to Access to the Beach.

Jamaica is a small Island which is now forcefully (under heavily armed guards) removing Fisherfolks and the masses of the Jamaican People from Beaches they have been using for over one hundred years!

Most of Jamaica's Beaches are being privatized and locked off for the All- Inclusive Tourism Industry and only Tourists can access those Beaches now. The others are being privatized for Business interests and are priced out of the reach of the ordinary Jamaican!

This is Apartheid. This is Madness. This is Inhumane. This is Egregious! 

Demand that the Government of Jamaica stop it's denial of access to the People of Jamaica and that the Colonial Beach Management Act be abolished!
