QBCC REFORM - PROTECTION FOR HOMEOWNERS 🏡. Better yet let’s make it easy; regardless of which state it is;

1.  All builders sign an authority for homeowners to access the regulator for ALL licensing information past, present & currently being investigated.  This then provides transparency & informed decision making.

2.  The regulator seeks a “guarantee” from their licences (Director) of personal assets. (Just like Bunnings do)

3.  If you don’t have the assets or means to secure the licence; you don’t have the assets or means to protect the homeowner or taxpayers purse.

4.  If you find this suggestion offensive then maybe question your skill set to complete works or run a company that you are expecting hard working people to entrust their life savings & largest asset/purchase to the builder!
