Homeowner’s can’t afford for their not to be QBCC Reform!

The QBCC, will have Queenslanders believe that there is only approximately 2% of Homeowner’s who need to access the Home Warranty Insurance in regard to Defective Works, Incomplete or Non-Completion Works or Subsidence, Fire & Storm.
The ABC clearly show just one of an alarming number of builders who are NOT “fit and proper” to hold QBCC Licences. It’s not until Homeowner’s spend a lengthy period of time & money ensuring they receive their rights are exercised & the regulated within the Queensland Parliamentary requirements that they receive their entitlements under the Home Warranty Insurance Scheme.

Sign the petition to show the QBCC, Housing Minister Sam O’Connor & Premier David Crisafulli that there needs to be Reform. Queensland Parliament needs an enquiry & Homeowner’s need a regulator who will regulate.
