WISHING EVERYONE A HAPPY & SAFE HOLIDAYS

For some us this holiday period will be challenging after a long and stressful time trying to navigate own journey through contract(s) and building issues, regulatory failures, financial and emotional stress. 

Personally this year will be my 3rd Christmas without the promised extension for my family/friends to sit and enjoy as one.  Our extensive table remains stored on the patio, with the new chairs and lounge in storage (hopefully not mold ridden by now).

Naughty List:  I welcome the builder's, QBCC, Master Builders and other trades who have demonstrably impacted the lives of the homeowner's to reflect that their nice homes, gift giving and banquet of food has come at a cost to so many other's.  Their contribution to the already challenging aspects each family faces at this time of year has been compounded ten fold from their actions.  

Nice List:  With the holiday period now just around the corner we hope that homeowners, the decent trades, builders and sub-contractors are able to take this time to spend quality time with family and friends.  We wish you all a very happy holidays, relaxation to what is a much needed break and safe travels on our roads. 

Let 2026 be the year of change and the year of QBCC REFORM.
