David Crisafulli MP why has it taken numerous QLD Homeowners to demand regulatory action by the QBCC against a building companies' licence to bring their unethical & unprofessional conduct to light.

The QBCC system is so broken that if the homeowners had not exercised their democratic right, personal courage & tens of thousands of dollars in legal costs to do the QBCC’s job for them; other innocent homeowners would be caught in the web of lies and misrepresentation.

The QBCC has FAILED QLD homeowners as they have not just endured financial loss, but emotional trauma, with their biggest debt & asset left in ruins.  

Personally, I have endured a relentless battle against a failing system only to find myself facing false & vexatious claims because I followed the QBCC & QCAT FAILING SYSTEMATIC processes.

All the while your office & that of your Housing Minister; Sam O’Connor could not even provide communication in 10 months. JUSTICE for Queenslanders doesn’t stop with Adult Crime, Adult Time.  It includes swift & appropriate regulatory action for an industry running rogue!
