What is your plan with the QBCC? How are you planning to get to the bottom of the failings of the QBCC & their inability to regulate, promptly investigate misconduct & care about home owners who have to fight a unethical system that sees the destruction of people financially, mentally & emotionally. Why are home owners having to be forced to sell their assets, reduced to extreme mental & emotional distress navigating a system that provides them with no options but go down a rabbit hole with extensive delays & no light at the end of the tunnel. I am surprised that the QBCC system hasn’t driven more consumers into the unthinkable outcome. This system is ruining lives and protects the government & builders' purse.
QBCC need REFORM! I am still waiting for your office & your Housing Minister Sam O’Connor to reply to my request for a meeting.
