So due to the pandemic, you all may know that prom 2020 has been canceled. I along with many other seniors are heart broken, our high school experience has been ripped away from us and I’m not gonna let that happen. What I am pitching is that we reschedule BCSC prom for the early summer/first week of June. why is senior prom this important you ask? First of all many people have already purchased prom attire and as you all know dresses and tuxes are not the cheapest things. Secondly every single person in high school looks forward to their senior prom and the fact that this along with school has been taken from us is very disheartening. Now I am completely aware of why it was canceled and I understand that with how close prom was it was still a risk, postponing prom until June gives us more then enough time to make sure this pandemic is over or at least safe to continue with our daily lives. So please please consider signing this petition, I know I’m not the only one heartbroken about this news
