We demand Bath Spa University to:

• Create and put into fruition a new Harassment Policy for sexual assault/abuse.
• Conduct a very detailed review of the Student Disciplinary Policy
• Employ specifically trained security officers to uphold new policies, as well as for harassment (SA and other types of harassment).
• Create a 24/7 phone number to deal with harassment (SA and other types for harassment).
• Change the point of call when making a Student Disciplinary complaint, especially regarding sexual assault - this should not be the Univerisity Secretary but a member of staff who is specifically trained to deal with sexual assault/abuse, violence, and trauma. This should be the individual to investigate, communicate with and provide support to the victim.
• Give victims the decision to see or not to see the perpetrator in the same room/ internet call during a panel interview.
• Not allow perpetrators access to the victim's statement until after the perpetrators is written - paraphrasing only.
• Conduct regular CCTV checks. 
• Give a rape alarm to any and all students who would like one - perhaps wellbeing would be in charge of distributing these.
• Keep outdoor lighting on during the night, until sunrise. 
• Place victims at the centre of all policies and investigations - especially in cases of sexual assault.
