Basil (Billy) is a true sender. A man of many strengths and powers. However, I believe his happy trail is getting in the way of his true potential. I have discussed this with him, and he has agreed to shave it off LIVE ON INSTAGRAM if my petition gets over 100 signatures. This has been a goal of mine for some time so please help me achieve this.
