On February 1st 2016, a person that was once a friend of mine broke into my home and killed my pet mouse ( Mr. Jingles) by hanging him from the window in the room where his cage was located. I reported the incident to the police. A few days later, I got a letter from said person stating just what she'd done to my poor mouse! Again, I reported it to the police......it's been almost three months and no word about the case at all. I've tried to speak with the police Sgt, the police lieutenant, and the chief all to no avail.
