We Demand an Investigation of OnePoint Technologies’ Billing Practices

The Issue

Third-party water management company OnePoint Technologies billing practices are very questionable. Although the Utility Rates on the customers’ bill from OnePoint Technologies are displayed as the same Utility Rates as the local water authority, the billing amount for the water portion on the customers’ bill is disproportionately higher than if the customer was billed directly from the local water authority.

I am currently a customer of OnePoint Technology due to its contract under the apartment complex in which I reside, therefore I cannot choose a water billing company. The reason, however, that I started this petition is after I noticed that I was being charged a higher amount for water than I did when I was billed directly under our local water company where I lived previously for around the same amount of water usage.

After further research, I also discovered many other tenants who lives in my same apartment complex has the same issues and concerns with OnePoint Technologies billing practices. And as of current, OnePoint Technologies has a one-star review rating on both Google and Yelp, with a majority of people online also voicing their concerns over the same billing concerns.

Therefore, a demand for an investigation is needed of OnePoint Technologies’ billing practices. For a business to have a one-star review rating on Google and a one-star review rating on Yelp with customers voicing the same concerns, there needs to be a change NOW.

If you have been impacted by the billing practices of this company and you demand an investigation of OnePoint Technologies’ billing practices to ensure our community receive fair, proper and legal billing, please sign this petition now for change!
