Dear all,

Firstly, I wanted to thank you for signing the petition for a safe pedestrian crossing at the Finchley Road/Hoop Lane junction. The petition now has over 500 signatures, and it is fantastic to have so much support.

I will be presenting the petition at the next meeting of the Finchley and Golders Green Residents’ Forum on 7 October 2021 at 6.00pm.

I have had some encouraging feedback from the Council, so I hope that the petition will demonstrate the strength of local feeling and encourage Barnet to prioritise this project (and find a budget for it).
