Almost three years on, Barclays Partner Finance (BPF) still refuse to come to a positive outcome which suit the ex student and not them. BPF manipulated section 75 of the consumer credit act to suit them which in turn rip ex students off. Many of us are thousands out of pocket or have continued harassment for money for a course we did not fully receive. BPF have tried to force a poorer quality course provider upon us, which has a very bad reputation. Nobody wants to use the alternative provider. It’s like replacing a top of the range TV with a cheaper own brand version. This causes us undue stress, worry & stops people from getting on fully with their lives. BPF do the right thing and cancel our agreements or refund people their own hard earned cash & remove the entry from credit files. Miss sold a course by Advent and then ripped off by BPF – please help us make BPF cancel/refund agreements and let people get on with their lives... Thank you...
