Due to COVID-19, all non essential businesses around the country are currently being shut down. While it is wonderful that Ross is now considered essential, being able to provide a variety of needs to customers from clothing, cleaning supplies, as well as personal care items. I believe the company can do better to support the employees that are risking exposure to the virus. 

Despite increasing the supplies of sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizers, as well as, adding supplementary store cleaning, Ross employees are taking up a much larger workload in a both tough and compromised environment due to being around the general public and possibly risking exposure to the virus. These risks more than warrant an increased hazard pay. I am urging Ross CEO Barbara Rentler to meet these needs.
