My friend Christopher Tyson was arrested and convicted of selling heroin to three gentleman, who in turn shared it with a fourth young man. That man died of a heroin overdose. My friend Christopher was a middle man he got the money and went from Cheyenne to Denver to get the drugs. At the time Christopher was heavily addicted to drugs, and was doing it to get free drugs to use, not even to make a profit. It is tragic that that young man died , but nobody put those drugs in his body but himself. It was a tragic mistake and accident. My friend Christopher did not deserve 20 years in prison. He has been incarcerated about 5 and Half years so far. The other three gentleman involved were sentenced to about 5 years a piece. Christopher has three children and grand children on the way.
