Three officers of Montgomery Police Department and one Sheriff Deputy from Kendall County all committed purgery while testifying and trying to prosecute a proven innocent man George Taylor, an African American resident of Montgomery IL.   A video surfaced thus proving George Taylor's innocents. The most disturbing thing besides the racial slurs that was being used against Mr. Taylor was the fact of retaliation regarding complaint Mr. Taylor put in against the Village Of Montgomery in 2009.  Officers could be heard saying "Bunch Of Fucking Niggers" on the police dash cam. Another quote from an officer was heard saying to another officer "Don't worry you'll make up for it next time" insinuating unfinished business with Mr. Taylor.  They can be heard conspiring several ways to arrest George Taylor while also stating "The only reason we don't get him now is the kids are in the van".  "Lets break into the van under the pretext to save a child's life as if he was gasping for air." They even acknowledge they don't have a right too.  Well in 2014 was the next time the exact same officers from 2009 saw George Taylor.  The police report for Deputy Chief Armando Sanders said "Taylor walked out to the crime scene with a group of unidentified adult males drawing suspicion"  When the video clearly shows Taylor was walking alone.  They knew they had no probable cause, but they had no idea an assisting Kendall County Deputy Sheriff's dash cam video was recording it all.  They went as far as to say he was yelling and being hostile on their reports and in George Taylor's criminal trial. They said they were trying to talk to him for about 30 seconds to get him to comply with commands to leave the scene and identify himself.  The video clearly shows that Mr. Taylor had not said one word before finally being approached by Sgt Diaz.  Six seconds later George Taylor was being choked, kneed in the head and body while his face was being pinned down to the pavement until the point of the chilling words of "Cuff Me Man". Then 25 seconds later you hear "Damn, man what are you waiting on"  coming from the shaky voice of George Taylor.  All we are demanding for is accountability for the actions of these specific officers who committed these crimes. Deputy Chief Armando Sanders, Officer Christopher Johnson, and Sgt Diaz.  We don't want hostility and rioting.  We want justice. Help us get that by taking action on a situation where the evidence of video and officers testimonies are right in front of us.  We have to move past racial prejudice in this society and the first way is to prove that no one will condone racism when it's transparent.  These officers words cannot be taken as truth in any case they are involved.  They are not protecting and serving truthfully.  We respect all police officers that risk there lives everyday.  That being said, that should not ever exempt unlawful police from being fired or indicted. This is a case similar to but not like Trayvon Martin, Michael Brown, and Eric Garner.  This is a case that has proof from beginning to end.  We always want to look at the facts of these cases as far as how these confrontations started and what led to the deaths of those men.  Lets just think, what would have happened to George Taylor if there was no video?  The answer is prison (wrongful prosecution).  The next question is what would have happened to George Taylor if there were no witnesses around? Death maybe?  What we do know is that these officers tried everything they could do to ruin Mr. Taylor's life, and not every victim of police hate crimes has a video to prove their innocents.
