Cancellation of UG Banglore University exams or conduct online exams.

Cancellation of UG Banglore University exams or conduct online exams.
The Issue
With the recent spike of covid-19 cases in the state of Karnataka, it is really unsafe to conduct offline exams, provided the surge in the covid-19 cases across the state rising to 10,250 cases a day. We would like to bring to the attention of CM Karnataka Mr. BS Yediyurappa and Education minister Mr S Suresh Kumar, that during these tough times of covid-19 it will be very risky to conduct offline exams as conducting offline exams can cause a serious threat to the students and the faculty involved in conducting the exams, at the same time it can also lead to widespread of the virus as students from many other states will travel to Karnataka for appearing for exams which in turn increases the chances of contracting Covid-19. Which will in turn worsen the condition of the hospitals where we might face scarcity of ventilators for the infected people leaving us with no more spaces in hospitals. We strongly oppose the decision of conducting offline exams and we would like the university to act accordingly and resort to online exams or promoting students on the basis of internal assessment and previous semester performance.

IF WE CAN HAVE ONLINE CLASSES
WE CAN HAVE ONLINE EXAMS TOO!
