Even though part of the Bangalore Metro Purple line - Nagasandra to Mantri Mall is operational, and though there is dedicated car parking in stations like Jalahalli Metro station, it is closed for public use for months. Basically commuters have to park their car on the road or near the metro station and most of the time parking space is not there. This is a major inconvenience to passengers who travel the last mile by car or bike. All this when a big parking slot for this is lying empty
