Add Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson to Tekken 7.

Recently it was revealed that the Walking Dead's Negan would be added as a playable character in Tekken 7, following the introduction of other guest stars such as Final Fantasy's Noctis and Akuma from Street Fighter. Supporters of this petition recognize that in adding these participants Bandai Namco, Katsuhiro Harada and the rest of the Tekken team have made a great mistake by overlooking the most essential addition to not only Tekken 7 but to the franchise as a whole. The character most needed to finally end the war between the Mishima Zaibatsu and the G Corporation* is none other than Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson.

50 Cent is a world renowned musician, producer, actor, and businessman. In his career as a musician Jackson has received 86 awards from 135 nominations. He earned five Grammy nominations, six Billboard Music Awards, and an ASCAP Songwriter of the Year award from only one of his many storied albums. 50 starred in his own biopic, Get Rich or Die Tryin', and currently stars in the Starz series Power. There is something more important than those accolades however, which proves undoubtedly that Curtis Jackson is the fighter Tekken needs most.

He has already starred in two of his own videogames, a feat Negan has yet to accomplish. 2005's Bulletproof and 2009's Blood on the Sand, which currently sits with a score of 71 on Metacritic. The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct on the other hand, the only comparable game in the Walking Dead's repertoire which features characters from the show Negan has been brought from, has a score of 38. Tekken should feature the best of the best, those who excel in every field from television to videogames.

We, the fans of Tekken and 50 Cent, should no longer be deprived of the fighter that we both need and deserve. Sign today and support #50forTekken. #GetTheStrap.

* - "G Corporation." Doesn't that sound familiar?
