Freedom of speech cannot be used as a guise for hate speech and targeted harassment. The words people read affect them psychologically whether they're aware of it or not. Enemies of the UK use X to spread disinformation, create extremists, sow division and normalise antisocial attitudes. To invite vile comments by participating on the platform is to degrade oneself. Instead of our politicians making an effort to reach people there, they should encourage them to leave for the sake of their mental health.
