I want to ban the sale of Wippits in all smoke shops in Texas. I am doing this in memory of my brother that was addicted to them and it took his life just 2 months ago. I do not understand why they are so easy to get at most smoke shops and  people that do them do not think they can kill you but they can the affects from it make you pass out from lack of oxygen to the brain and that is what happened to my brother and he suffocated. If I can do something to get them out of Texas I do feel like it could save someone's life. I wish I could have saved my Brother from these.
