This year with many teams at WCS2026 using AI backgrounds it was extremely dissapointing. I am wanting to show the organisers of many competitions that we as a creative comminity care about our community and the environment. With the backing support of the cosplay comminity please share this around to show we want to keep cosplay human and truly artistic.

The goal is to update the rules not just WCS but all competitions to ban the use of AI at a cosplay competition when the biggest rule is your cosplay has to be made by you. Lets do the same for the backgrounds and audio!
