The names of chemicals used in common areas and private lawns has been provided by a State ag dept investigator as well as past spraying schedules requested from 2025 and schedule for Feb 2026. These records may be requested by sending a public records request to FDACS at fdacs@mycusthelp.net

Chemical contractor Brightview advised by phone willing to assist and provide info, appears to be cooperative in assisting with sharing spray schedules and giving prior notice to individuals on the state registry. 

Brightview does not have their future chemical spraying schedule for March 2026 as of yet. 

List of pesticides used at North Gate Village at Keys Gate Community according to FDACS public record: Lesco Prosecutor Pro (EPA Reg No. 524-536-10404) for weeds in common areas, Eagle 20 EW (EPA Reg No. 62719-463) for fungus in grass, Celsius WG (EPA Reg No. 101563-141) for weeds in common areas.

Asked Brightview to refrain from unnecessary chemical applications including applying weed killer to ground surfaces including mulch with no weeds present and to refrain from using chemicals for diseases on lawns that are not diseased. Asked they adhere to product instructions as required by federal law.
