Keys Gate HOA and their landscape contractor Brightview continues to ignore demands for a product list of chemicals used in the community. So far Brightview has only disclosed the use and name of one of several chemical products they are using in the community. When the on-site contractor was asked directly what other chemicals are being used he claimed he could not remember the names of the other chemicals. Brightview and the HOA also have also refused to provide residents with the future spraying schedules in the community so direct contact with toxic chemicals can be avoided. They continue to ignore emails and avoid answering questions. Homeowners are being billed for these services yet the HOA has refused to answer questions about these services and chemicals used. When asked for a list of the chemical products used, where they are use and for what purpose the response from the HOA is “products are EPA approved”. They will not answer direct questions. Homeowners have the right to know exactly what chemicals are being used in this community, on their properties and what services they are paying for.
