Join me in petitioning the United Nations to ban Phillips-head screws.  Their existence is nothing but a blight upon society.

It's time we put an end to the evil of these fasteners.  By banning them, we will not only save countless individuals from frustration but also reduce the enormous waste caused by damaged tools and stripped screws.  It has been estimated that if all of the phillips-head screws that are stripped in a single year were placed end-to-end, they would reach all the way from earth to Jupiter ... and back again ... twice!  They've also been directly linked with terrible diseases such as malcicontroditinus, preconseadrofulmin and even febbrileoconsofallimus.   

Join me in calling for the severest of penalties, no less than life imprisonment, for all manufacturers and hardware stores around the world that continue to produce and sell these problematic fasteners. 

Sign this petition today and let's take it to the United Nations and DEMAND that they pass a resolution IMMEDIATELY to ban these evil products.  I'm guessing that even Russia and China will get on board with this one.
