Research has shown that the use of E-Collars (noise, vibration, shock or any combination thereof), Prong Collars (also known as Pinch Collars, Choke Collars, and/or Citronella Collars cause long lasting  psychological and physical damage to the animals these devices are used on.

Many countries have already banned the use of E-collars and it is long past time that New York State do so! 

it is UP TO US to protect all animals from further subjection to these cruel and barbaric collars.

If you wouldn’t put one of these collars on yourself, then you shouldn’t put it on your animal.
