Columbia Pictures and Happy Madison Productions have crossed a fine line by allowing the movie That's My Boy (2012), starring Adam Sandler among others, to be produced and potentially distributed across the globe for viewing by the masses. I have pulled the plot summary of the movie from IMDB.com: While still in his teens, Donny (Adam Sandler) fathered a son, Todd (Andy Samberg), and raised him as a single parent up until Todd's 18th birthday. Now, after not seeing each other for years, Todd's world comes crashing down on the eve of his wedding when an uninvited Donny suddenly shows up. Trying desperately to reconnect with his son, Donny is now forced to deal with the repercussions of his bad parenting skills. What is NOT told to you in that summary is that Adam Sandler is 13 at the time he fathers a child WITH HIS TEACHER which amounts to STATUTORY RAPE. At a time in our society where the issue of teacher student sexual relationships is becoming more prevalent, this movie only only succeeds in promoting sexual fantasies of illegal behavior instead of detracting from it.  I am requesting that this movie be banned in all theaters across the globe and that distribution will be ceased immediately.  Is statutory rape really something that deserves to be glorified in our society?  Glamourizing or making light of such a morally reprihensible criminal act?
