The reason I  want to start this petition  is because the ASPCA ads are very difficult  to watch.  I understand the need to help animals in need, I just feel that there's  a better way to do it. Showing animals in distress is very sad and upsetting  to those of us that love animals. The people that the ASPCA are trying to reach obviously don't care  so these ads won't  change their minds. Why do those of us that love animals have to pay for their neglect by watching those commercials?? They need to find a less distressing way to get people to change.
