Ban the app “Temu”

Temu: a mindnumbing addiction
When you first download the app Temu, your excited. Who wouldnt be excited to get free things and with so many ppl showing and proving that its not a scam what could possibly go wrong. Its all over your social media, everyone on every social media app is talking abt everything they got on temu showing you the bright and fluffy side, but do they dare tell you what it took for them to get those items. It didnt take your precious money, no no no it took somthing worse. something irreplaceable, something priceless, your time.
Temu is an attractive app that uses colours and fun minigames to make you seem like your having fun. It makes winning three items seem like the easiest thing on earth and they lure you in. they lure you in GOOD. Everytime you spin a wheel or open a mystery box, you always get the best option possible. it makes you feel incredibly lucky right? WRONG. every single user of the app gets this and its another trick that the clever creators use to draw you in to stay playing longer. because after all if your constantly winning and getting free stuff who wouldnt want to stay on the app for longer.
You start to realise things are getting more and more fishy. Everytime you want to buy something they make you refer more users to the app making more people join in on their silly little addiction. They say “refer one more person and you will get all of this free stuff but then one person turns into two and two turns into five and five turns into 10. By the time you found 10 willing people or 10 people that havent already been drawn in and addicted by this conniving game, hours if not days of your life would have been wasted buying cheap chinese knockoffs made by little asian kids that cost 50 cents to manufacture. Is your time really worth 50 cents?
Finally, this game preys on young teens and children whose parents dont or cant buy them everything they want because to be honest, buying your children everything isnt financially or emotionally smart. Everyone wants new stuff and who wouldnt want free stuff and thats where they get you. People dont understand that money isnt as valuable as time. Take this as a life lesson, you can always get money back but time, time can never come back.
