His platform of choice is TikTok, where he operates under the account "AmoythaGoddess". He demonstrates a consistent pattern of threatening female users with physical harm and verbally abuses them on a daily basis.

This man does not limit himself to direct threats and verbal abuse. He participates actively in spreading false rumors about these women, seeking to manipulate others into joining his campaign of cyberbullying. In this digital age, cyberbullying is as harmful as real-life bullying - it has been associated with higher levels of depression, anxiety, and in extreme cases, suicide (UNESCO, 2019).

Perhaps even more alarming is his tendency to make sexually explicit comments about underage individuals, referring to videos he has watched of them. This behavior extends beyond cyberbullying into the realm of sexual exploitation, and it is unacceptable.

The time for action is now. TikTok, as a social media platform that is especially popular among teens and young adults, must take a firm stand against such irresponsible and destructive behavior. By allowing Toriano Arthur's account to persist, TikTok is indirectly condoning his actions. Let's call on TikTok to permanently ban AmoythaGoddess and protect its community.
