Have you ever lived next to an unruly, disrespectful, inconsiderate neighbor in an apartment or condo? I have and I’ll tell you how ridiculous it is that someone in a 800 sq ft apartment can buy home audio systems that vibrate the whole floor, but because they play it just below the illegal decibel level there’s nothing you can do about it except lay in your bed for hours eyes dry and hurting because you’re so tired but can’t sleep. We need to BAN all bass sound systems inside apartment dwelling where neighbors have sleeping children or even adults. Home should be a place you can get rest not a place you pay to be sonically tortured by bad inconsiderate neighbors
